Couple of Questions
My wife has a new to her 2021 Macan S. CPO Very nice car and worlds better than the 2022 Audi S4 she previously had. I don't get a chance to drive it much but today was an exception. I have a couple of questions, please.
What is the correct idle speed when in gear? Her car is running consistently at 500RPM. That seems a bit low to me.
My bigger concern is the power delivery, especially when going from light throttle to mid or high throttle. The engine and PDK just don't seem to be in sync. Lots of jerking, not a smooth transition to power. Is this normal? It is almost like there is a programing update that is missing.
Thoughts?
Many thanks!

We have the exact same car and I felt it had the same “laggy” throttle connection you describe.
A little checking around led me to purchase and install a Pedal Commander. Problem solved.
Regarding the “low idle,” Sport Mode will bump up the idle speed, if that really bothers you, but your wife may find the shift points too aggressive in Sport Mode.

And please don't forget - the Macan is an SUV, with attached limitations. Pick up a Gen-1 Spyder for those oh so ever special rompts in the local hills... PERFECT, perfect combination.
