I am interested in the TechArt lowering springs. I have 2001 Carrera S with PSAM and not the SPASM. Would like to have the similar spring rate to the SPASM. I have been to your site and read your comments on these springs and have the following questions. 1) What is the spring rate of the TechArt springs? 2) What the spring rates for the PSAM and the SPASM? Your comment on the one modified car on you site you mentioned the TechArt springs on the 997.2 work well with the shocks. My goal is to stiffen up the spring rate compariable to the SPASM and lower the car a little. Also do you ever get the Porsche Sport wheels (10 spoke, 8-1/2" front width and 11-1/2" rear width) in trade for other wheels? If so do you offer them for sale as I would be interested. Also what is the installation time for the springs? If I go ahead and purchase the springs I would have them at Dougherty Automotive outside of Philadelphia. Thank you for your help and cooperation.

hey Guido... you can do that. Some of our customers in Europe have done that before.

    Hi Sharkster,

I am in California in July and was thinking of buying the new Cayenne Turbo, whilst I am on the West Coast, given the price differential. At the end of journey, the Cayenne would be shipped back to Europe.

Do you think this is feasible? Can I buy a car as non-resident? If yes, can I drive the car for 5 weeks prior shipping it across Europe?

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

    Thank you and best regards
    Sims alias Guido B.

    Sharkster,

Looking to have a LW FW installed in my 997 GT3 by the dealer, but I'm told that they will need to remove the engine to do the job correctly so and the cost will be almost doubble........
