    p.s. I don't want to write off another attorney if your referral comes thru. I won't give this guy in Houston the go ahead until your guy responds. Sounded like your request was to a prominent lawyer and I would certainly consider his recommendation. I am assuming that other attorneys would have a similar structure in terms of fees and whatnot so the expenses would be approximately the same?
