Hi Sean, you need to contact Jamie at Phone: 770.290.3661 Email: European.Delivery@porsche.us. She got my dealership to agree to the ED at no extra charge within the same day. Below is the message I received from the manager;

"Jim,
I have been giving some consideration to your wishes of taking delivery of your GT3 in Stuttgart. Since it is for most, a once in a lifetime experience, I would like to extend the offer to you if you still desire this option. Adam will have all of the information and details of how to approach the European delivery program. Please connect with him at your convenience if you wish to proceed. I will still let you know when the first GT3 arrives at the dealership."
