I saw your comments from about a month ago on some thread, and was wondering if you could lend some time with your experienced eye to look at a 991 C2S. The car will be located in Calumet the week of Jul 13-Jul 17. I live in the Washington DC area and was planning on see the car on Fri Jul 17. Interested?

Ok got an email from Quinn today which finally he told me the truth. My car was actually completed but even after the engine recall they put a defective engine in my car. It will not get to my dealer anytime near June 2nd. It will be one of the last GT3's to get a new engine. It will be done at the factory.

Based on all this and the fact they were not upfront in the first place, I will let the PE know upon my return from being out of the country that I will not accept the car on principle alone outside the fact when it does arrive the 2015 should be out soon end of season and who wants a tainted car that the compensation offer will never cover it.

I can't say this has been fun at all but a relief to end this.

BTW, the COO of PNA wants to speak with me. I will listen but this for all of us should have been handled completely different.

I am also dealing with The Porsche Exchange - Mike S. is my sales guy. They are alright guys and I bought my first Porsche there 7 years ago but they are car salesman so I take them with a grain of salt. I am getting ready to bail soon and I will lose about $7000 on the deal because I traded in my Audi R8 for $120,000 so I do not pay taxes on that only if I buy a car thru them. But there is no other Porsche that I have an interest. I know they will try to put me in to a Turbo but have been there and done that. Do not get me wrong. A Turbo is a great car but I may go Lamborghini

I think you live in Chicago as I do. What dealer r u working with?. Mine is porsche exchange. They told me today my car shows completion on 4/18 versus 2/20. No chance no way my car is done in 10 days. Porsche has screwed up big time.

By Friday if no news I will post my letter and response from Quinn. Nothing to loose what they will give a defective engine and it blows up? My wife will be running Porsche if that happens.
