I'm considering purchasing a 2008 (997) GT 3 with approx 21K miles and wondering if this will be a good long term investment compared to a 2015 GT 3 or should one consider a 993 C2/C4S?

I have previously owned a 1989 (930) Turbo Cab and 1997 (993) Turbo, which I deeply regret selling! My current daily driver is a manual 2008 (997) C4S Cab and I simply love it.

I need a huge favor please. I'm seriously considering purchasing an UV new 2016 GT3 RS. I'm in my mid fifty's and previously owned a 1989 (930) Turbo Cab, 1997 (993) Turbo and my daily driver is a 2008 (997) C4S that I absolutely love. My dilemma is I have an opportunity to purchase a 2015 GT3 (Guards Red) with only 1500miles. The difference in price is almost $100k. Which one would be a solid long term investment, your guidance and thoughts greatly appreciated. Thanks!
