Hi Dean, how's it going?
I'm thinking about renewing the Porsche warranty in December. Have you had any experience of renewal? Is it a good idea?
I am thinking I will have to fit the standard exhaust back on for them to check it over. Do you know what else i would have to remove? - I see that you have fitted radiator grilles - Zunsport?
I did hear that porsche can get funny about those fitted too?
I would like to get the seat heating fixed under warranty if i can as both seats are inoperative now.

Oh and we are still loving the car, we drove down to Austria in it in May and came back through the alpine pass - gross-glockner, it was an amazing trip covering 2500 miles.

Thanks Dean, thats great to know what Oil was used. The car isn't due a service just yet but as I am taking it on a long trip soon i thought it best to get some oil to take with me.
I am probably going to change the oil and filter before I go just to be on the safe side as it is nearing 27k. I was really pleased that you had it wrapped in PPF film, the bodywork is still looking great.
Oh, I have another question. I notice that you specced the car with a fire extinguisher - that is not in the car, did you remove it before selling it?
Me and my wife both love the car, it drives and sounds fantastic. We are both looking forward to a big road trip through Europe next month.
I can imagine that waiting 11 months for a car would be killer - but well worth the wait though i guess!

Hi Dean. My name is Paul.
I bought your Mexico Blue GTS from JZM in October last year. I was wondering if you could help me with a few questions about it?
I am looking to find what oil you used in the car at the last service (May 2016). I have spoken to JGC and they only have on their file that you had supplied your own oil for that service - can you remember what it was?
Another question is about the engine cover release, did you have any problems with it? I have just had the bumper off today and managed to get to the emergency release. I think the solenoid release has stopped working tbh so i will probably end up changing that.
I hope you can help, I am in Abingdon so I expect we will bump into one another at a meet/show at some point. I did see your GT3 at Sunday Scramble in January, but you were not near it at the time.
