I had seen some of your DYI's before and now I have an 05 GT3 and want to install the euro buckets that came with the car. I have tried the links you had and Carrera Mike and neither seem to be working.

I'm 6'7". It's tighter than I like but comfortable on the street. Wearing a helmet is a problem as my head actually makes solid contact with the headliner with helmet on. So if you want to track the car, it may not be a good choice. Fortunately for me, I also bought an f12 last fall...which is roomier and I can wear a helmet w/o it touching the headliner.

How well do you fit in your 458? I'm around 6'7 with a 36 inch inseam and wanted a tall persons perspective.

Dude I can't believe you've been unable to take your GT3 out since receiving it!

Rest assured you'll love it. The buckets are great (other than rounding the shoulders a bit). And perhaps it's me but I don't think the soundplus optioned stereo is too bad. Hope you get a chance to enjoy it soon!!
