Harvey - I looked at those 2 '79 5spd cars in Monroe - both sitting outside for several months - the white one is actually nicer that the ad shows, paint is original color - black interior looks very good except dash -started right up, syncro's seem ok -had no problem putting in any gear with it running - I think it could be had with 4k cash. Blue one with tree damage to roof, I couldn't get it started with jumper cables, engine turned over slow. I would bring starter fluid and a good battery back and re try. Damage is better that I thought -confined to roof panel and left fender -needs windshield - interior rough to being outside under a tarp. but it could be had for $750 -800 bucks I believe
