Joe, If you've got the mechanical skills, I go for it, there are so many positives. I think I've talked about most all the negatives in my build thread. The tranny could be a problem if you get krazy with all the torque the LS puts out, you just have to drive smart. I just enjoy the attention and really don't beat the crap out of it, mostly cause I don't want to spend anymore money on it just yet. The car handles great,. You do need the 19" wheels cause of the tranny gearing. 2800rpm at 70mph not great on gas millage but so much fun.
