    Hi Blau98

Looks like administrator deleted the post. Anyway. I need either one cylinder head or the valves for a S3, the ones I have are bent, the cams are ok. Let me know how much you want for the head or only the 16 valves.

    Regards

    Javier

Hi Hilton, I was away in May, june, part july, and part August. I am still waitig on the machinist to get back to me with the first set of parts so i can QA them. I want them made on a 5 axis, and as a result f me being busy with work, and the machinist being a bit slow, I am still in limbo. In addition, summer is here, and I am playing with my boat as well..

Been a bit since I updated anything, but yesterday, I finally got my hands on a freshly rebuilt Auto with LSD.. It is now in the workshop waiting to be shrinkwrapped before installation in the car after the installation of the SC bits.. Been tied up with other things, and plan on making more progress in June.. My machinist had some issues with his 5 axis machine, so I have to hurry up and wait.......

Once I get more updates, I will post..

Tank's installed..! One down, 6 million to go.. Now to get the rest of the "plumbing" done and the centerlocks on the car... One at a time........

AWIC tank arrived today....! At Last....!!!!!! If things are good, I am going to install it tomorrow.. I'll post pixx once installed...

Tracking down centerlock parts is no fun... Oh well, that balances out the tank arriving.. At least the center lock pressure discs and wheel nuts arrived as well yesterday.

Now to find the new style spindles with spring loaded safety clips instead of the old style with manual pins.. I should have had a job as a detective....

Then I gotta see about a trailer, man this stuff never ends............................

Minor update.. Still waiting on several parts to arrive, and pricing and delivery dates from the machine shop for the SC parts.

On the other hand, I have one set of new BBS E28 wheels mounted, balanced and ready to go on the car, but I need to get some spacers and the center caps need to arrive as well.. Testing should be over the weekend as the rain is also supposed to subside..!

The Sharktuner Pems are here, as well as the Super MAF, so I am still in waiting mode to install, as I have to make the intake pre TB for the MAF and air filter. (I'm thinking Carbon Fiber should be good for that..... Guess I had better get to the moulding supplier and go have at it huh..?)

I am hoping the AWIC tank shows up soon as well, as it was shipped last week from the fab shop. Once the tank gets here, I can finish the AWIC plumbing in the rear, and start on the cooling circuit lines and fittings etc. in the front of the car...

So, parts are finally in line at the machinist, and I have been distracted by purchasing additional wheels that are really cool.. 3pc, and IMHO the best one can have... So, couldn't pass on such a deal.. AWIC tank still not here yet, but soon. I will wait for the parts from the machinist to show before installing more stuff, as I have test fitted all I can for now. Clean lines are back, and all that can be prepped is done without actually replacing more stuff. So, now I hurry up and wait......

More baby steps... The AN (JIC) Oil, AWIC, Trans, and Fuel lines went to be ultrasonically cleaned.. Due back shortly. The AWIC tank is to be fabbed today, with delivery in a week or shortly after. CAD parts to be complete in 1 day, then to machinist this week. Then on to finish the brake parts in CAD.....

Anyway, it all seems to be coming together. I had a bad coil wire after the steam cleaning, but got it fixed, so now the car purrs like a kitty, and the undercarriage sparkles.. Not quite concours, but then again, I will be driving this car on the street, so as long as it's reasonably clean, good enough..

So, next on the list is completely remove the old radiator and water bridge, and install completely new cooling systems (Radiator & fan, Oil Coolers and AWIC radiator & fans and water bridge), and install the AWIC tank and wire up the electrics for the fans and relays over the next two weeks.... We shall see how this goes...
