    Mike -
Great post on the 968 headlight assembly/adjustments. Wanted to see if I could get your two cents since I've disassembled/re-assembled driver's side headlight twice now and not figured out how to fix. On my 92 968 the driver's side headlight shell(covering) rubs on the car frame(fender) toward the outside of the vehicle when light goes up/down. I just need the lamp/covering shifted 1/8" toward the center of the vehicle, and I am good.
In your pics you showed 3 bolts that hold the headlight assembly to the hinge. Is there any play in those holes if I loosen 3 bolts (I bet they are not bolts w/ nuts, so probably fixed so hinge too has to move to fix my problem...)? Thanks for any thoughts ... I lost the will to live when I saw at the end of your post the 8-10 places that appear to have to be loosened to 'slightly' adjust the headlamp & shell toward the center of my vehicle.... may be too much for me to get too on my own.

Hello, Been a while. I wonder if you have the plastic "A" Pilers for a 968 Cab that are not warped out of shape? I thought about trying to use a heat gun to pull mine back into shape but don't know if that will work or not. I'll have to paint them as my interior is a light blue like the exterior. Please let me know if you have a good set.

    Cheers,
    Larry

    Hi There,

How much do you want for the rear wiper motor for the 968? I have an APO mail box, so sending through the US Postal Service is ok.

    Let me know.

    Thanks

Notty: I'm looking to transplant a 968 engine in a broken 944S2. Other rennlisters think you might be able to help. If you have some parts for me, please contact Spo944S2.

Notty - the new trans works like a champ! Is it possible that the ratios are slightly different? Coming home on the turnpike I was running 75mph @3,000 rpm - about 500rpm LESS than with my original (LSD) unit. Car is running perfectly. New Konis are superb, and the mechanicals, suspension brakes and ECU are 100% new. Now all I need is a nice black sunroof and some paint scratch repair and she'll be as good as new. Any change of plan regarding Hershey? Please say yes ..... Stew
