    Looked it up in faq. Apparently new users need to wait for approval in order to use the private messaging. When it's approved, I will message you. That dealership has been engaging in deceptive practices/fraud for a long, long time.

    Go to the "User CP menu", then under Settings & Options, select Edit Options.

    On that page, check the box that says Enable Private Messaging
