    Hi David,

Have been of Rennlist for awhile but stopped in today to catch up. Here's hoping all is well with you and the family? How's the PCA/OCR doing? Auto X series still active? How are your Porsche cars? Just catching up with with you...

    Sam,

Sounds like you are on the right track. The driving suit etc. are not required but not a bad idea if you can afford it. I usually wear mine but if I did not have it, I probably would not be buying one yet. Long pants and shirts are the only requirement for these events.

    Hi David,

I'm in the process of getting my car ready for the DE planned for Ontario Speedway and had some questions that I need clarified. The car is registered in the KP Class. I went to the rules section for PCA Zone 8, DE Events and I seem to have everything in place (per the rule book) but was wondering about driving suit, gloves and shoes? Are they mandatory for my class, or just a recommendation?

At the last Auto X, "Jerry Griffin" instructed me to have my fire extinguisher mounted in front of the passenger seat (completed). He also noted that the PT. harness system expired in October 2009. I went ahead and changed out the belts yesterday. I have the car presently at Hergeshimer Motors doing a safety check for the upcoming event. Am I overlooking anything, or missing any information?

    Your assistance is always appreciated.
    Sam
