Sorry to bother u, but hoping u can assist considering u have a 991.2 as I do. I picked up my new 2017 991.2 Carrera 4S three days ago. I noticed that some of the times when I start it up, the tachometer arm idles high (as in, sits between 1200-1500 rpms). After 15 seconds or so, the needle drops to below 1000 rpms (as in, where it should be). Anyone else experience this - not sure if it's a problem or not? I called my dealership today and they weren't "sure" - said they would look into it.

I traded in my 08 Turbo and never had this issue.

    THANKS!
