sorry for the late reply, I didnt see this in my regular message box and had forgotten all about it.

I am at work regular 9-5 weekdays and the office Reception desk is manned from 7.45am - 6pm and they always sign for packages for me. Most firms dont mind that (when it's sent to a comercial business rather than a domestic address), but I take it this firm are being difficult and have some odd conditions for delivery?

I really appreciate the offer.
They won't send overseas and they put alot of conditions on how it's collected. I have a friend in the UK but they are so vague about how the delivery is collected it's almost impossible to do it.
She only works part time so she is neither at work or at home for the whole week. They can't say when in the week it'll arrive. They also want a contact phone number.
