Thanks for reaching out to me. I'm collecting part #s for various projects on the car and I noticed that NONE of the waterpump part #s in Clark's Garage (new or old) match the water pump part # that came separately with the car... Can you tell me if this water pump is correct for a 1987 944 base or is it for an older/newer car or off of something else? Part # 944.106.124.3R. It has the porsche "triangle / P" stamp so I'm assuming it's a genuine part. I'm looking to use this with the later model tensioner rollers, etc, as detailed in Clarks Garage.
