    Hi,
I know the thread is over 10 years old, but I'm replacing my brake lines and came upon your article. What brand SS brake lines did you use? Are you satisfied after all these years? Debating whether to go SS or stock.
    Thanks!

    Hi,

Have been looking for examples of cars painted Aquamarine Blue 5707 and am so glad I found your build thread. I am having a car painted this colour and have a sample from Willhoit’s but my painter is having a hell of a time trying to match the colour. It looks like you nailed it. Any info you could pass along would be greatly appreciated (paint brand, formula info).

    Thanks,

Hi Wachuko, I looked on rennlist for an issue I have with my C2 964, with the gear selector and your thread came up, incredibly helpful, just have a quick question regarding a part number that you had a photo of.

Firstly the photo in question was of the "Pipe" (#27 - part number 964-424-131-02), that goes through the actual gear selector or "Slide" (#2 - part number 964-424-104-05). In your photo you had a rubber bushing that holds the pipe in place in the correct position (all from illustration 701-00 of the Porsche 964 manual - PET)

Is the "Bearing Sleeve" (#26 - part number 964-424-224-01) or is it something else, mine disintegrated from both the front and back of the Pipe, so the Pipe dropped down and my gear selector became useless.

Pulled everything apart found the problem, but now am not sure if I can find the right part to replace them.

    Any help much appreciated.
    Cheers,
    Greg

N.B. Sorry couldn't post the picture was from a thread you posted 02-21-2009

    Hello,

I noticed you're in the Orlando area as I am too. Can you recommend a good 964 mechanic in our area?

    Hi,
I was looking at your transformation. Great project. Do you still have the door speaker pods?

    Thanks,

    Glenn
