Sorry, I do not know the exact paint code for the inner hoops. They are powder coated and that changes everything. Because of the cost to fully strip, media blast to prep the rim, and the fact all imperfections in the inner hoops would still be present I do not powder coat, but rather make certain the inner hoops are straight and then I prime and paint with urethane paint. Even doing this is more than most anyone else who refinishes wheels would do. Most deal only with the outer lip, center and occasionally bolts. Jim

Can you also tell me the torque value for the bolts?
