    Hey!

    Yes I did, happened once. The shop teck told me he warranteed the part, but next time to just carefully pry out the inner part with a soft item. I think the "ring" just got out of shape or something. I don't think it is a big deal, but time will tell. Interesting that this ahppened to you also and hope this does not become too big an issue.
