i'm going to try to run again in the spring.
i fugure 18 mos. off should be enough recuperative time---i hope.
still want to do the nyc mar.--just one of the things on the list to do before i die-lol
been taking advil for my arthritic back---if it doesn't work, just take a few more.
my cousin was taking 24 a day before he got his hips done.
maybe if we get out of our wheelchairs we can take a run together katie.
btw----how's the graphic bizz going with c?

I did not watch the marathon. I did however, start out on what was to be a 9 mile run. I had to cut it short today--my knee was really hurting. I need to start taking advil before my run. Only three weeks until the half marathon!
