If you would consider providing me with a "ride around the block" this would give me a good sense of how the B16's might compare to the OEM units. I don't track my car and I'm not interested in anything more than enjoying what Porsche intended, as I don't have the skill set to do anything more with the car. Thank you again for your kind offer. Let me know if we can get together. Best, -Wm.

Thank you for your reply and willingness to help me. My coupe is OEM and consistent with the COA with the exception of 18" tech wheels and the additional steering rack brace, and my goal to to keep it OEM. However, this would mean installing the "new" classic shocks and 033 springs, which I would do except that no one can confirm if these units are "relabeled" Bilstein HD's or truly re-valved by Porsche. The Koni FSD's don't have height adjustment in the rear, similar to the Monroe's, but would mimic the OEM ride quality and perhaps offer some improvement. Since the HD's are not a good choice for me, this leaves the B16's or KW's, or something really expensive and of these options the B16's seem to be my only other choice.

    Good afternoon:

I reside in Covina, CA and recall that I saw your car at the Barnes & Noble in Glendora, CA. If I am mistaken, I apologize for troubling you. If I am correct, would you consider meeting with me to discuss your suspension setup?

I own a 96 Coupe (39K miles) and wish to revise the OEM suspension. PSS10's are under consideration, but I like to know more about the ride quality these offer. I assume I can duplicate the OE ride quality, or dial up additional compression/rebound if desired. My goal is the former, while achieving a ROW ride height. I do not consider the Bilstein HD/030's to be a suitable replacement, but would consider the Koni FSD/033 combination.

If you are willing to provide your experience to me, let me know. If not or if I have contacted you in error, I'm sorry to bother you. Best, -Wm.
