    Glen,
I have spoken with you before but I read this forum just about everyday and I see that you are the 996 & 997 Parts Guy. I have a 05' 996 Cup car and a spare parts inventory that is fairly decent. I am not sure how to attach the excel list but email me back nmercier853@hotmail.com and I will send it to you. Let me know if you are looking for any parts.

I am looking to put together a set of E28 BBS rims I currently have (1) set of E28 (Aluminum) and (1) set of E88 (Magnesium).

I also have (2) sets of Forgelines that I would like to sell off. They came from 911 Design I have never used them.

    Thanks,
    Nick Mercier

Glen, I appreciate all of your help a while ago. I have a question for you. My friend just bought a '05 cup- it was a werks car. The side windows in the doors are lexan and still present. My friend tells me they don't remove at all. Can that be an accurate statement? I thought they would simply unscrew at the bottom, but I haven't seen the car yet.
TIA for all of your help.
    Scott

1 Stock /sachs exp to rebuild. Stock 260-300$ probably best to keep increasing bump and rebound each rebuld...
2 Kool, but does that include wiring harness and dme? Probably need those to do that conversion...? Legal, visually yes....need to be quiet should You do it. Not a monster advantage over the 03-05 motor but a bit yes, cant be detected unless You say something except for engine number of course...
    3. It will be as fast as any 6 well driven. RACE CRAP OUT OF CAR>>>>
4 Gears in car woukd be great with new motor. Short gears are arguably better for what You have in it now. Never was convinced I didnt spend more time shifting with the short gears vs being able to roll speed smoothly with the longer gears...kind of like the longer gears now personally, car is much less busy.
All good, hope same for You. Blessings to You and Yours this Thanks!

    Hey bud,
    1. Greg found me a wing. He also has new Sachs 2 way adjustable for 2k. Worth it or just stick with stock?
    2. He also has I think an 06 or 07 engine that has only 9 hours on it for about 18k. Could I put this in and be legal? I think so.
    3. Don't want to drop a ton in the car but want to keep it up, paint it and have the new aero to go for Road Atlanta.
    4. Maybe the money on the shocks better used for gearing?

    Thoughts?
