    Hi Bill,
Can you tell me where you got the grommets for the canister lines on your rear MCS damper installation?

I bolted a flat aluminum plate to the Trailex mount. That plate was drilled to accept the Superwinch. I use a large deep cycle battery mounted to the trailer and charge it before each event. I always use the winch to load the car because I have minimum wheel clearance with my GT4.

    Hi Bill,
On your Trailex 7541 did you need to modify the raised winch platform to accommodate the Superwinch S4000? Additional mounting plate or just maybe drill additional holes to match.
Also, curious as to battery size to handle load. My plan is to use a separate battery and charge at home as needed, want to stay on the small end, weight-wise. I have the front shield.
Track a '15 Cayman GTS/pdk and also a new MX5 Cup with a sequential which has a tall 1st gear.
    Any advice appreciated.

I'll be at NJMP Oct. 14th for my first drive in my newly-acquired 996 4S. I've driven Lighting in a rented race-prepped BMW 325Ci for or five times and done two Skip Barber car control clinics. I plan to autocross my own E36 BMW (2004) coupe at Warrington Oct. 6th. That will be my first autocross. I'd love to be your student at Lightning on the 14th. Any way I can arrange that?

Hi Bill, I just got email from a pro shop about this, and he seems sad and sure that for the GT4,
you can't get more than 1.X in the front and 2.1ish in the rear with all adjustments and shims etc
To get more would need different toe links. He said that to get more you have to lower the car more.

Hi Bill, if you could offer me some alignment advice, I would be very grateful. My GT4 will arrive June-ish, and I'll be a rabid autocrosser. What alignment specs and pars settings would (do) you shoot for? If those aren't settled for you yet, let me know and I'll ask back in a few months!

Bill: tdemko (thomas demko) here. I just signed-up for Rennlist - but took the free membership - so I don't know how robust the features are. But I wanted to say hello and thank you again for a great weekend of instruction. I took everything to heart and really enjoyed my Sunday afternoon solo sessions. I quit braking at the kink in turn 16 and accelerated through that. I accelerated through turns 1 and 2 and down the straight to 3. And I held turn 3 tight to the left edge so I could turn into 4 heading down hill and accelerate through that downhill stretch. Didn't let anyone pass me - including that damn white GT3. You're a great instructor and I learned a lot. Look forward to seeing you at Mid-Ohio.

I now have 9 track days on these rotors. Performance is at least as good OEM. I tried these because I had two sets of rotors discarded becasue of cracks radiating from the holes to the edge. So far, no cracks with the slotted rotors.

Bill -- I saw in an earlier post that you were trying out the dba front rotors (4000?). How have they been?
