did you get the pictures via email of the bleeders on the old HOlbert engine components? I guess im not the only other idiot that felt that there was an issue with air in the system.
someone went through a lot of work to modify the upper hose connection areas with air bleeders. using gregs advice, i filled ... let warm up and then closed up the system. still ended up with air in the system the next morning. was able to bleed out another quart or two by burping the lines again. now its rock solid , no air. i thinik that was the issue. it kind of has to be. no other changes and never had this issue before.
by the way. the last poster was having issues with his water pump? you might want to mention the tensioner spring on the nipplle.. it makes a lot of movment until the screw and tenssion are correct. (spring loaded) makes it feel like the roller can move into the tensioner, but its just the spring. no one caught that yet
