Pontifex4 - I've been reading through posts of Seicane installs as I just purchased and installed the same unit you have with the knobs after the PCM bit the dust. Everything works as expected except the ability to change the light color for the buttons. The HU listed that as a capability but mine isn't working (and their Tech Support is no help). They do insist that the ILLUMI wire be connected and the PCM didn't use it (I believe it gets that from CAN Bus or something). The screen brightness dims as it should when the lights are on w/o the wire which is my understanding on what that wire is supposed to do. I've also tried terminating that to 12v w/o any luck. I know it's been a while but was hoping you recalled from your install whether you used that wire or not and if you buttons change color. Thanks.
