    hi Justin
    http://s244.photobucket.com/user/phi...?sort=3&page=1

there are a few more pictures on the next pages of the link
nothing on the body/ headlights need modifying to make it fit, but it is a tight fit to get it in.
I have had it on for over a year and no problems
it does save a lot of piping as the system all runs on the same side of the vehicle and both hoses from the actual intercooler run inside the wing itself.
the only drawback is being unable to refill the washer bottle itself without removing the inner wheel splash shield.
so all I did was wire the intensive washer bottle pump as my main washer system,as I also don't have headlight wash.
as for the cooling of the engine, I had the same problem, even without any A/C on the vehicle.
the 2 small fans supplied in carls kit are nowhere near enough cooling, as in the pictures in the link I needed a large fan on the front + another 2 small ones on the other side of the rad below the top hose

Hi there Thanks for the tip - can you tell me a little more about this (or if you've posted a thread about it, could you provide the link?). Do you have a similar setup? Does this installation create any problems accessing the headlight or any other components? I think if I can do this then I can install 2 large thermo fans right in front of the A/C condenser and that should help a lot! Cheers, Justin
