    Remove the metal trim pieces. Use a small flat blade screwdriver or make an acrylic tool ground to a flat wedge. You need to exact a lot of force on the glass to push (from the inside) it out of the opening and the rubber will contort enough to damage the trim if left in place. Use lots of soapy water in the grooves holding the glass. Have a second person on the outside to catch the glass should it prove easier than expected. Mine came out at the front corner first.
