Hi John, I am interested in purchasing some JP jackstands and am wondering if you still offer a discount for RL members. Thanks.

Thanks for the insight John. Cerakote has both a hot and cold curing version. So I may just stick with the cold cure method... Although there is a hot curing method where the object is heated to a lower temp(160*F) but for a longer period of time which might work as well. Unlike powder coating Cerakoting leaves a very thin coat but durable coat... used often to coat rifles and handguns where tolerances are tight.

Thank John... think I'll build some and report back to the 911 group. BTW, I'm considering bead/sand blasting my JP's and then cerakoting them red afterwards. I can't think of any functional issues but LMK if I'm going off into the deep end. thx.

I have turned out some Jack point pucks that work well with your stands. I use a simple 5/8" bearing where you guys use a pin. I feel it works much better and is easier to center the top plate. You may want to consider this method.

    Sir,
I have a 1981 928S euro. Which set of jackpoints should I order for my car? Thanks! Dan

Thanks for answering my Rennlist post about your jackpoints vs a scissor lift. Will the same jackpoints for my 2011 911 also work on my 2011 Cayenne?
I'm also shopping for a low profile floor jack. Harbor Freight has one for $90. Is that adequate or should I consider something else?
You gave my pricing of $279 per pair in your post. Approximately how much is shipping to Summit NJ?
Thanks and I really enjoyed your video with Jay Leno!
