I don't necessarily think that vibrations are felt during driving with bad engine mounts but I don't often hear of a bad engine mount on these cars. Even if so, the vibration is less noticeable when driving so my guess it's not that.

Did they change the coil packs also?

You open your bonnet and you put your hand on the engine to see if your engine have this vibration.

Hi OP, just curious on what was the source of the vibration? My 2014 Panamera steering wheel also vibrates while in idle.
