Default What did they cancel here?

Hi, I am looking to buy a Panamera 4S 2010. Saw it in a dealership, price is VERY good even when it needs some love. However, I saw this and wanted to ask what did they do with this hoses and which parts would I need to replace to make a proper repair? You can see a very bad plug. What are they cancelling here?

What are the other ends of the hoses connected to? They look larger than PCV hoses, and maybe big enough to be water hoses. Red flag in my view. There is a reason the price is attractive, you may have found the reason.

Lol, i would walk away. If this is what you can see, imagine things you don’t see. The most expensive german car is the cheapest one.

You mean it's cheap for a reason?

Absolutely. There is no cheap German car. You pay for it one way or the other. A well maintained German car will last a long time and you will have less frustration with problems as a result of poor maintenance by prior owner(s). Looks to me someone jerry-rigged the repair and you can bet there are other non-visible repairs that will be shoddy.

As my very wise mother used to say, "only rich people can afford bargains." I think this applies here. Are you ready to spend big bucks at unexpected times, then it is a car for you. If you want a car to drive the is reliable, then you need to shop some more.

Is the car turbo? I’ve seen something like this when the owner wants the turbo to have a louder blow off valve
