Since we have a couple different Cross shock sets in the shop right now we'll double check this one and get back to you.

This set appears to be 8/10 according to the markings, and to the best of our knowledge it hasn't been changed. The customer doesn't know of any spring rate changes.

For the discount from $3,000+ new, changing springs isn't a big chunk of change.
