I thought this might be useful. Post the information related to your repairs warranty or otherwise and I will keep it at the top for quick reference.

No discussion just facts please, I will remove discussion posts, take them into a new thread.

Here is my list, this is a list of the new parts fitted, the fault finding processes and faults found would take to much time.

DME Control Unit - (4 or 5)
Towing Control Unit - (3)
Plug and Coils - (all)
Coils - (1)
A/C Servo units, lower dash - (3)
Carden Shaft - (1)
Transmission - (1)
Comfort Control Unit - (2)
Parking sensors (2)

There is more i will have to dig out my records.

weatherstrip on sunroof 19k
rear door sunshade 19k
transmission 19k (not fixed)
transmission 32k (not fixed)
transmission 35k (not fixed)
transmission 37k (not fixed)
transmission 42k (not fixed)
PHC unavailable 42k (not fixed)
PCM failure 45k (not yet taken in, vehicle is in lemmon law process)

squeeks and loose trim too numerous to mention.....

Diagnosed to a steering angle sensor. lets see when I get it back.

04 Turbo (8/03) build

PCM Failure- fixed (1) warranty
Key Range poor - New fobs now can open doors from 40yds. - fixed (1)warranty

Power steering Pump leak -fixed (1) warranty
Allignment Off - fixed after second time but paid for
Rear hatch Shocks didn't support hatch- fixed-warranty
Dead battery.....recharged for $50

Front Brake caliper paint around Bleed valve peeling- fixed with new front calipers -warranty

Coil pack pencils all replaced w/ spark plugs which were all fouled out- fixed -warranty.

All this with under 12k

Default Air Suspension Fault Workshop

Came out of the office at lunchtime and thought my looked really good except it was actually down on its stops.

I started up and it pumped itself back up, no error message.

Tonight I got the the Air Suspension Fault - Workshop

Back to the dealer

So much for the steering angle sensor they fixed 2 weeks ago

Replaced Air Compressor 1 955-358-901-01, 2 days in shop Warranty phew !! I wonder how much that would have cost.

Passenger side door entry plastic (warped)
Transmission control unit (after major failure and 125 mile tow)--moderate improvement
Transmission valve body--no effect
Transmission--stay tuned...

Here we go again

Started up this morning, my 8 s now a 4 AGAIN

Same as previous, engine will run but throwing pure gas out the back on one side.

Typical pencil coil shuddering.

Wonderfull !

Dealer, sales dept were open and got me a loaner.

ugh

OK another coil went, this time it also killed a "cam sensor" on order for tomorrow.
