I dont have one for the Cayenne and dont know where to find them. Currently Im using a squarish piece of thick rubber. I use a hockey puck on the 911.

I have the same model as OP and changed out my snow tires with a puck. Before the puck, I would use a square piece of hard wood.

At work on hoists we generally use hockey pucks, otherwise if need be thin rubber mats that came with the hoist accessories. Hockey pucks work great.

I have that BMW jack pad it does fit on the square slot, but I was afraid that the square part was not tall enough and the round part actually was holding the weight, might be wrong, I'll cut the 2x4 tomorrow thanks all

ECS has this kit for the Audi/VW platforms, I wonder if they have something like it for the Porsche platforms?

I have that kit installed on my Golf R but I still use 2 hockey pucks on top of either the jack base/cup or the lift arms (whichever lifting source I'm using at the time).

Amazon.com: Prothane 19-1405-BL Black 5" Jack Pad: Automotive Amazon.com: Prothane 19-1405-BL Black 5" Jack Pad: Automotive

Also, Harbor Freight sells cover pads for jack stands: http://www.harborfreight.com/2-piece...and-95952.html

I couldn't find the item online, but I'm pretty sure they have the floor jack pads in the same place in their stores for even cheaper than Amazon.

I use a few layers of thick, heavy duty cardboard wrapped/secured in duck tape around the jack plate. It provides some cushion so as to prevent damage in my estimate.

My jack is top notch (Hein-Werner), but if i can find a more professional 'pad', i am open to improvements here....which is why i was curious and commented above.

Just make sure you use "authentic" hockey pucks, not street pucks. When I bought mine (online) a few years ago it was about this time of year and the store was clearing them out so they doubled my order at no additional cost. Nice of them.

Default jack adapter

Hi made this for my floor jack from a high strength construction bolt. It screws into a pipe end plate cover in which a threaded hole to match the bolt was machined. The top swivel block is machined from stainless steel and fixed through a hole near the top of the cut off bolt with a steel rod. It is held in place with a rolled pin. I provides about 20 degrees of tilt in each direction. The whole assembly just sits in the cup of the floor jack. Hope I loaded the pictures correctly!
