Default Cup Getting a Little Hot

My Cup is running a little hotter than I’d like and I am trying to diagnose the issues.
2008 997.1 Cup
250-260F Oil Temp
220F Water Temp
Replaced radiators, thermostat, water pump.
80 Hours on engine and no other signs the engine is the core issue.
Good leak down, 400rwhp
No other indications, alarms, blow by etc. no oil consumption

Is it the motor or is there something else I’m missing?

TIA

Test/replace the sensors ? Hard to imagine both oil and coolant temp sensors being bad though ?

what does running hot mean?

these cars need airflow (driven at speed) to maintain temps. they all overheat when running idle (on grid or in shop)
I run/preheat mine at idle till 150 ish and then turn off; drive it to grid turn it off, started it at one minute sign (or when first car starts rolling) and off we go.

on track while racing my temps are 195-205 depending on weather (they creep up behind a safety car...)

We run roughly the same here with our 997.1 Cup. Still learning the car though, so can relate to OP's questions/concerns.

Thanks for the input.
I’m like 4 years in on this car, water was always 205 with oil up to maybe 215-220 tops on track at speed.
Car is strong and running well, just the temps have started creeping up.

Thanks!

Have you looked at the heat exchanger? (Not easy/impossible with engine in the car).
