I think surfbum is referring to the rearmost engine tray, which is mid/rear in its placement.

Bgiere, yes the one one with the scoop. Apologies I thought my mechanic told me it was under the motor.

@Surfbum When I tried to purchase one of these about a year ago, it came up as "No Stock" with no date for replenishment. The GT2 covering (996-504-029-00) will work in a pinch, but you have to trim the areas at the front of the piece to clear the rear air jacks.

FYI, if anyone else is out there looking, I've been told they are still available out of Germany vs PMNA

The ones I have are both trimmed around air jacks and they have the trans cooling scoops riveted on...I do not know if they were Motorsports pieces or if someone just made them from GT2 trays...I got them from Wright Motorsports when I bought my car years ago.

2004-2005 Cup 996-504-029-9C

The Retaining Plate that fixes the rearward part of this cover to the gearbox:
1998-1999 Cup 996-504-217-90
2000-2005 Cup 996-504-217-93
