Default Mystery: 996 cup clutch failure

2002 996 cup with stock clutch.
Replaced master clutch cylinder, slave clutch cylinder and soft clutch line. Power bled thoroughly. In testing, the clutch pedal went to the floor and remained there. Bled more thoroughly. Clutch operated properly, until it did not. Bled again. Same result. Each time cleaned area with brake cleaner so that ANY leak could be seen.

Replaced master clutch cylinder, slave clutch cylinder and soft clutch line again. Same result again.

What is left to do. Replace cylinders again? Could there be that many bad ones in the supply pipeline? Buying name brand parts from reputable vendors(we think). The slave is external on this car and it is hard to imagine something going on in the bell housing that could cause this issue, but are we missing something there? The fork or something else that could have two positions, one where the throw of the slave operates it properly and another where it does not?

All thoughtful suggestions appreciated. Actions by demons or other similar causes are already under investigation by an exorcist. Will post a new thread if that inquiry fails.

Are you depressing the clutch pedal during the power bleed of the slave? That sounds like air is in the clutch master still.

Use a syringe and push liquid through from the bottom at the slave cylinder.
All air will come out. No hassle and no guessing.

Try bench bleeding the master and slave cylinders. I have had similar problem on an E36 bmw with a factory setup similar to this. Had to take it apart and bench bleed the cylinders before it would work right.
