Default Ultimate Motorcoach and 2 car stacker trailer for sale

I am selling (regrettably so) my 45 ft Silver Crown Custom Motorcoach and 26ft Trailer as GMG needs another tractor trailer.

I know, I know.....this is not a Cup car related post but I know a lot of you trailer your own Cup cars and may want to consider the ultimate tow vehicle.....

This has been the best investment I had made in making it easy for my family to come to the race track and be able to provide a great place for them to relax while I run around all day.

I got this because it had the luxury of a Prevost bus, but at a fraction of the cost and it could tow 40K pounds! So I would throw a car in the back with a ton of ALMS or WC spares and pull right into the paddock and not have to spend $2500 for an RV spot and I was right next to our rig and in the middle of the action.

I love it but needs have changed and we need another 3 car hauler.
I just invested $11K in completely servicing the coach and trailer so it's in excellent shape and shouldn't need anything for quite some time.

2009 Silver Crown Coach (VIN# ending in 87719) and 26ft stacker (Vin # 82520038)
-Big 515hp Detroit Diesel and 1650 torque....will pull 40K with no issues.
-Has all the heavy duty equipment and amenities you could ask for.

FYI, I would consider selling the trailer separately as I have been asked this question a few times.

This is an amazing unit, I am personally sad you are letting it go because I remember lounging out in air conditioned luxury between stints of the 12 hours @ Sebring this year. Whomever gets this bad boy is very lucky!

perfect setup for a club guy or even better, someone who does HSR or toher historic racing. or, a racer dude who's wife has said "Enuff, get out of my house!!!"....you have a place to live, and your race car is close at hand. just ideal. that Silver Crown is a monster. amazing price.

Don't worry Alex, I will have something to replace this unit, although it won't be nearly as nice as this but as you know, we need another tractor trailer.

Steve, this rig has your name on it! I know you like the best of the best as you go 100% with your cars and rigs.......

I've been lucky enough to have been in this rig, the pictures do not do the interior justice.
The electronics and materials of the cabinetry and flooring is as nice as most high end homes.
I still can't get over the heated floor!!!

Unless you have a couple million to throw at a Prevost, I can't think of a nicer rig that can tow 40,000 lbs.

James, you are really, really going to miss this one. It's first cabin all the way.

Bump for the ultimate tow package.
I found the tractor/trailer package I am looking for so I am reducing the price to $364.5K.

Now I need to buy a new awning for this rig, 74 x 30 with hospitality, so that means I really would like to sell my coach.

$345K!!!

That is a killer price for this unit WITH the stacker!!

Tow in style with 40K lbs of towing capability!!

Price Reduced to $329K and would consider trades plus cash.
This setup can tow anything you have......40K lb hitch and monster power.....all while having the high end luxuries....

Hey guys, just planning ahead for next year as the season starts to wind down for us. I will be using this Coach/Trailer setup for 2 more races (Mid Ohio this weekend and Infineon end of August) and then it's up for sale again. If you are attending either of those weekends, come on by and check it out if you are interested.

Thanks,

disagree entirely. there are a few reasons.
1. provost doesn't have the hauling capabilities of this thing. I think james and mine are 40k hitches.
2. this unit is far more serviceable and approachable , with far more under storage for aace stuff. and
3. a provost is $1.5, 1.4m probably 2,3 x this.

and what team has this? team, that is. the teams have, like ZSA has, and like GMG has many of...the 2,3 or 4 car heavy duty 53" race trailers pulled by a big rig. that's what we had. when we had to get 4 cars to the track, it was awesome. tons of gear, tons of cars. but after each session, where would you go to kill 2 to 4 hours before sessions, to watch vid, to do business work, to relax. ? no team per se has that. that's usually the property of the car owner, or drivers.

I have my stuff, my internet, my business laptop, my clothes on the motorhome. my bed, my sheets. my food, my snacks. its like a big fat king suite that you'd pay $150/nighta t hamptons right at the track, but with all the comforts of your own home. its a motorhome. they are awesome.

if I had unlimited monies to spend, id still buy this well before a provost, simply because it can lug my multi-car renegade trailer there, and its far more comfortable to drive.

lastly some will argue that the setup fo the driver compartment set back from the engine and nose is safer than a provost. if I were to get in a collision, id want to be in this thing. I didn't think it would bother me, but when I test drove a bus like the provosts, but not a provost itself, I felt a bit out there sitting right on the edge of the front of the thing.
my ikon and james drive like big pickup trucks.

ive taken some trips in mine with the family to soccer events, etc.
very fun.
long term, im sure ill take a hosing, like the one james is taking given the price he's selling it at...but it really has made my track, bike and family events so much more fun than scurrying back to ahotel which has nothing I like.

Thanks for the comments Steve.....you are hitting the nail on the head with all your points.
When it was 92+ degrees at Lime Rock during the ALMS/WC weekend I had the AC pumping at 68 degrees.....my co drivers loved it! There is nothing like pulling into the paddock with your coach and trailer and parking it for the weekend.
The best part about this setup if you go pro racing, is that you can park your coach in the paddock if you trailer a race car behind it vs spending $2k - $5K in an RV spot if you don't have a trailer......
