I was fortunate to have spoken with him at a couple of local events, and he really loved his CGT. My sincerest condolences to his family, and a great loss to the P-car community.

Very sad news indeed. I knew Ben from another forum, and we had exchanged views and posts.
It is really sad when a life is lost and a family is left behind.

May he and his co-passenger rest in peace. Many people were shocked by this loss. He was a friend to many.

Just pulled one of bens threads where he shows a group picture of the arrival of his cgt. Kind of eerie that we were all privy to the arrival of a car that would eventually take his life. Lets all be careful out there.

Godspeed Ben- you are in a better place now. Prayers to your wife and child.

I am very saddened. A close friend and NSX owner told me about this tragedy. It's much more than just the Porsche world that greaves with the family. May God bless and protect the family.

I read about this on Ferrari chat. I never met Ben but at the last Ferrari event held at Fontana, saw him whip that CGT around and he was a good driver! This is very sobering and sad.

There's no pit traffic when you're hot lapping that big race track in the sky.

Rest in peace Ben, and to his family, rest assured that he was enjoying himself on the way out. If I gotta go, I can only hope it's doing something I enjoy.
