Default I've got the itch

Hi All, I wanted to find out from current owners if they have any regrets in purchasing the CGT? What has your experience been, the good and bad? I just started looking into them and was wondering if there is anything I should check out or inspect besides the clutch?

Also, what items should come with the car. I've looked at a couple of cars and one came with 4 set of key and the other with 2!!!

Thanks

Lex, beautiful car, but I have to stay away from black. How has your experienced been so far with the car?

you can buy a new cylinder (which i did) so dont bother about missing keys too much. you can order the luggage which you dont really need anyway. you should rather buy a car cover. the upps are everything in your life will be cheap compared to the service and parts costs.

Mine came with a full luggage set, 2 sets of keys and of course manuals etc..

Had her for 2 weeks now. Go for it. The CGT cannot be compared to anything else, it's in a different league IMO.

I bought mine new in Feb. of 2005 and it has been the best car I have ever owned.

If you have the means get one, you won't regret it!

Thanks everyone for the feed back. I have been talking to few dealers and I noticed most of the GT's have several owners but have very low miles. I'm a little concerned seeing how they have changed hands so many times. You guys think this should be a concern or the norm?

These type of cars generally are exchanged rather frequently and usually have very low miles. I was in the market for a hypercar and tried them all from and F40, F50, Enzo, Saleen S7, SLR and the CGT. The Carrera GT was head and shoulders better than all the other cars and it was nearly the cheapest. Prices are hardening so buy now. You will never experience another car like this. The new generation are all overly complicated

Would be very interesting to hear you compare the CGT to the other hypercars you drove.
