yes for sure, rotors are cheap, good piece of mind. I run carrera rotors with box fronts and would replace way before they get that far,

Summit Point is not the place to run out of brakes.

Put some jam on those rotors. They're toast.

Not necessarily disagreeing but what about these pictures is so bad. I was under the impression that deep cracks to the edge or below min thickness were the indicators to replace.

I see superficial cracks from heat cycling but nothing too extreme.

Not arguing either way. Just trying to learn..

The sheer number of them and the length of some are the real issues. Especially close to the edge.. They are going to start joining very soon and that's when you can get a catastrophic failure. Yes, they might make it through a couple more days but it's not worth the risk. Especially when they are relatively cheap.

I elected to replace, and for my wisdom, I got a stripped caliper bolt hole in the upright.

I am not commenting on replacement but this style of rotor is not a good application for DE or racing.

I'd keep running those, but agree with ^, drilled rotors are crap for tracking

The Porsche factory workshop manual says any single crack extending more than 0.200" from the edge of a hole means the rotor should be scrapped. Several in this photo are longer than that.

When I changed mine the first time, I invested in a set of Tarrett studs. I justified them as the cost of 3 sets of bolts that would be replaced every time I swapped out rotors. This very much reduces the risk of stripping out a hole in the upright.
