Congratulations and look forward to meeting you at the Glen club race! The G stock guys are all cool and it'll be great to get another racer in the class so I can earn more bonus points. We added two new dudes last year on the east coast and they're doing great. DM if you want to chat offline. Best - ab

I'm also new to the party!
Submitted my package for PCA club racing license yesterday and build almost complete. Will be campaigning a 987.1 Cayman S in GTB1.
Looking forward to the 2020 season!

G cars a pretty fast. WG record is 2:06. IMHO you would be MUCH better off in SP3, where you will be around cars of similar speed, even it its an SP2 car, you will learn faster and not spend your time on the track getting in someone who is much faster way. The similarity in SP 2-3 cars make the competition much more predictable, which would be a better way to pop your racing cherry. Feel free to ignore.

I originally Thought about that, but The Track Record for SP3 is also 2:06 Im comfortable in traffic, I really have been working on "vision" specifically peripheral, being able to be vigilant about cars closing in that have significantly higher speeds... and "see them coming" .. but the main reason to be in "G" is racing with friends who are already in that class.. I will eventually end up in Sp3 down the road..
