Status of RennPoints
FYI - I'm going to spend a decent part of the weekend upgrading the RennPoints server. So if you see the site down, don't panic - it will back.

The class records should be better now.
I think there are a few more things impacted by the upgrade and I'll get those fixed over the weekend. The main remaining impact would be on lap time predictions.

Race Car
Does anyone know what is up with Brian P? He has not been active in a month or so. I sent him a PM but have not received a response.
I was just looking over the GT3 class records of the various race tracks. I noticed that the GT3 class record at Watkins Glen for the 3.40 mile course is clearly a mistake. There is no way a GT3 car did a 1:15.131 there in any year, much less 2004. The overall track record for the 3.40 mile course that race took place on is 1:22.4171 (Scott Dixon, Chip Ganassi Racing No. 9 Honda, 2017, IndyCar Series).
How does that get fixed?
