Let's try this again:

Schattenbaum is hosting their annual PCA Club Race at NJMP from August 14 - 16 (yes, that is the same date as the deferred Mid-Ohio race). Preceding the race will be the JSR PCA DE on August 12 and 13th. You can already sign up for the DE on Clubregistration.

Will it happen? Who's going?

I'll sign up for the DE. That's where I met you and Paul for the first time I believe.

I was there with my daughter (14 at the time).

We went back and forth from TB to the kart track both days. Did many laps in the Karts with her and did many laps on TB between karting sessions.

I'm in for the DE part if the schedule allows. Will know later tonight.

I haven't kept up to date on NJ's reopening plan (if there is one), but I think I'm at the point where I wouldn't be surprised if this doesn't go off. Fingers crossed

I’ve heard that employees are currently returning to njmp, and that there is optimism that there will be events by late June.

Doesn’t mean it will, of course.

It looks like they are really trying to get small scale private member days going first and let's hope things progress from there.

Just registered for the advanced DE 8/12 & 8/13. Schedule worked out.

Looking forward to seeing you JSR guys again (and the Grey Goose) if I don't see you before that.

My daughter and I had a great time at the last JSR DE we did at TB. Nothing but karting and tracking for 8 straight hours each day. So much fun.

I think by August....never mind.

Psyched. Thanks for the reminder Frank. This one coulda slipped through the cracks, but I'm registered and can't wait.

I also learned what Octopi like to eat while at TB...LOL.

No Such luck, I was explicitly called out in their re-opening plans... I think their entire re-opening is actually predicated on me not being there!!

Still remember you putting your pit crew to work Bruce, it was a great event last year, fingers crossed we can replicate it this year!

That's a great manual. I actually felt better once I read through it. Seems like they may have it figured out, at least for the short term.

Now, just gotta get everyone on the premises to take it seriously and be smart about following each and every step to the letter.

This could work. How awesome would that be? Fingers crossed. Toes too.

We tried that last year and there were just not enough participants. I think it would be a great idea to give it another shot this year.

Planning on attending the CR. Too bad it sits on the Mid-O dates also, but NJ is closer to the shop we use and positions the car better for Summit Point the following month.
That said, I think that with the travel restrictions and the possibility of further outbreaks in the US this is at best a 50/50 for me to attend. Hope I'm overly pessimistic.
