Electronic PCA Waivers on Clubregistration.net
Great new! No more paper to get witnessed and turned in! A free service on. Many thanks to Chris Alvarado for this! Great for Club registrars and admins since you can download a report showing who has signed the Covid and Event waivers..

We are pleased to announce that PCA has approved eWaivers for ClubRegistration.net. This free service can be enabled through the Admin menu by clicking My Account-Edit Club. Once turned on it applies to all current and future events. A Waiver report can be exported through the Report Builder to see which Registrants have eSigned both the CDW and General Event Waivers. The Registrants are required to perform a few steps. 1) Enable eSigning through their Profile. 2) Request the document link via email after registering. This is done through their Dashboard screen 3) Sign waiver.
