Went for the first time last year.. had me smiling for weeks! I’m in! Anyone know if they are doing the bbq “ normal” … that was the only downside, waiting for your bag of bbq.

Guess it will depend on the COVID situation and local rules at the time. Certainly hope the traditional BBQ event comes back.

I tried last year, but a busted coolant manifold after qualifying kept me out of the races..

Looking forward to try again this year!

ok, no questions really but wanted to take this opportunity to tell you that the thought/and execution that goes into this event is absolutely outstanding! From the goodie bag while waiting for parking assignments to the awesome grid workers and cornerworkers This event last year was bar-none the best! Very well done!!!

Yes, the golf cart with the rear full of ice and beer did not suck! The only delivery on par with that was when Monticello would have the girls riding around in golf carts delivering ice cream.

Default September 16, 2021 Open Practice Donation

Hello all!

As some of you know, I am the Chief Instructor for the Summit Point Friday at the Track Program. With that, I receive "credits" that can be redeemed for events like the September 16th Open Practice day.

My Donation
For this year's PCA Club Race, I am donating enough of my credits to the Erin Levitas Foundation for two Open Practice entries on September 16th, 2021. Retail price for the Open Practice day is $265.

How Do I Win?
The first two folks that say they are going to donate $265 (or more, it's to charity!) to the Erin Levitas Foundation can have the credits. That's it. Post in this thread that you will donate at least $265 to the foundation.

Then What?
Wait to hear from me. I'll tell you if you've won. Then, you'll make a a direct donation to the foundation
. Once the donation is verified by the Erin Levitas Foundation I will contact Summit Point with your name and motorsportsreg.com email address; when you register it will be free.

Notes:
(1) I have cleared this with Pat (thelittlemrs) and with Summit Point management and am in touch with the folks at the foundation about verifying the donation.
(2) If you are one of the winners, DO NOT REGISTER for the Open Practice day until the transaction has taken place on my side; for simplicity on the Summit Point side of things, the credits need to be applied to your account before you register.
