Default Car trailer rental in CT

I'll be going to a PCA NER event at Watkins Glen with our GT4 on August 14th and since it's about 4.5 hours away I'm looking at towing the car instead of driving 2 separate cars... Would anyone know where in CT you can rent a car trailer? Or for that matter does anyone have one that I could rent? I'm trying to leave U-Haul as the last resort... Any tip welcome...

Ask if speedsport or hairy dog are going to that event and have them transport your car.

Penske also rents car trailers. Uhaul rents pickups set up for towing, if you need a tow vehicle as well.

Yes, and of course ask Bela at EPS in Watertown also.. never mind, all of those mentioned are likely going to the NJMP race, and I know Bela is.

I have a 24ft enclosed fully equipped trailer that I am selling. I could potentially let you rent it - if you have an appropriate tow vehicle.

Trailer is parked at Speedsport in CT.

Keep in mind that U-Haul trailers are tall and you sometimes need additional ramps, or to back up the car backwards, in order to use them.

……and they lived happily ever after.

2000 miles into the 2500 mile drive to take son #1 to his freshman year at ASU. Greetings from Albuquerque, NM. No tracks here. Gonna be 3.5 weeks between track days for me. A record.

Glad the trailer worked out for the OP. Congrats.
