Road America would be cool. It is big, and paddock areas can hold a lot of activities. Not a ton of hotels nearby, but Milwaukee isn't too far. And lots of room for camping!

Me too. I was living in Manhattan at the time. Got up for one of my random weekend motorcycle rides (2000 Kawasaki ZRX-1100, Eddie Lawson Replica, still have it) and ended up at Lime Rock for this. I had no idea this was going on, a happy accident.

Great video! Fun to hear Sam and Bob's commentary. So many good folks, including Brian.

And most of us camp out at the track… Some in motorhomes, vans, cars, tents, or just plain passed out on the ground! Not exactly the way a rennsport crowd does it 😉. (Except for the motorhomes, that’s probably right up their alley)
Personally I’d love a Sebring event but I’m quite convinced it’ll never happen.

Bought a trackside RV spot (in turn 9) yesterday and have tickets for the whole event, really looking forward to going! The last time I went to Rennsport was in Daytona 2007 and it was amazing then, I'm expecting to be completely blown away by the 2023 event

We did RR 2 at Daytona and have done the past 3 at LS...so much MORE to see, packed into a smaller, more intimate space that its so much easier to get "into the moment"...and watching the racing is so much better because of the many vantage points.
I need to get our tickets...

I bought a 4 day Cayman Corral pass. My brother and I will both be there all 4 days. Our better halves will join us for the weekend. We only attended VI for Sunday and I felt like we missed a lot of the action. I'm only 45 minutes away so I don't have to worry about a hotel room.

Where do potential race participants go to apply?
