So sad, Steve was always so helpful, we became online friends and I ordered things from him whenever I could. We talked about losing our wives, and Steve the caretaker now needing to be taken care of. Such a difficult time.
When I started Analog.Man (online builder/sales of guitar effects pedals), I tried to follow his lead and help everyone out, even if it did not sell anything, and try to be non-commercial and kind even when people were rude or wrong. It worked, and we have a top reputation and sell more than we can build.
Thanks Steve, you will be missed!

Terrible news.. I cant count of the number of times his posts and even one phone call helped me when I had my 993. He is a true legend, and a really nice personable guy....

Yup, Steve is a great guy and had been super helpful over the years. I have a number of his RS sourced parts on my 993, primarily because he's a good egg and knows what's what.
I also love my KoT, so go figure.
I'm sad but hopefully this brings a smile to Steve. It's good to be loved. That's how I see it.
Cheers
Matt
