Last ski run of the day, last lap of the day.... NOT the time to go for your personal best, because that's when bad things happen. IMHO, final sessions are a great time to dial back to about 70%, and really focus on perfect line and all the visual markers you use. Sleep on it, and the next day your subconscious will have updated your brain to hit the points you need to hit...

It was great seeing so many folks out last session at Road Atlanta this past weekend doing exactly what you mentioned - 70%, practicing their lines. I noticed some markers I hadn’t seen before, it was a learning opportunity.
